About Me

The housing industry is in my blood.  My Grandfather owned the lumber yard where I grew up in Southern Colorado.  My father owned several businesses related to the building trades including the lumber yard, building materials supply store, and home design center.  Also an architect and contractor, he made his career in building homes and commercial properties in Southern Colorado.  My mother was a licensed Realtor and also worked in Escrow Services.  I grew up in and around new construction...as you can see, Real Estate is in my genes!

I have been successfully investing in real estate for the last 10 years with hands-on home make-over projects.  I can offer my selling clients more than just a MLS listing, and buyers more than just a tour of the area!

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Pagosa Area Association of Realtors, and the Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce.  I hold Degrees in Accounting/Data Technology, and Advertising/Graphic Design.

I have previously been professionaly licensed in WA, ID, OR, and AZ in Life, Health & Disabilities, and Securities.
