About Me

The housing industry has been a large part of my family history.  My Grandfather owned the lumber yard where I grew up in Southern Colorado.  My father owned several businesses related to the building trades including the lumber yard he bought from my grandfather, he started a Building Materials Supply store, and a home design center.  He was also a career residential & commercial builder in Southern Colorado.  My older brother followed and has built a very successful construction company in Southern Colorado as well.  My mother was a licensed Realtor and also worked in Escrow Services.  I grew up in and around the housing trades...as you can see, Real Estate is in my genes!

I have been successfully investing in real estate for over 10 years with hands-on home make-over projects.  I can offer my selling clients more than just a MLS listing, and buyers more than just a tour of the area!

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Pagosa Area Association of Realtors, and the Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce.  I hold Degrees in Accounting/Data Technology, and Advertising/Graphic Design.  I have previously been professionally licensed in WA, ID, OR, and AZ in Life, Health & Disabilities, and Securities.
